Do you offer frames only?

We do offer frames only however, we would only be able to offer 1⁄2 refund of the price of the frames if they are returned.

For this, they would need to be returned in the exact same condition. We would advise recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post.

When am I eligible for a full refund?

You can always get a full refund in case an incorrectly made prescription.

Also if the goods you ordered were not as per your order.

For a full refund, all you need to do is send us the received pair at your own cost and confirm the carrier and tracking number if possible.

Once we have reviewed all the information

We will also refund you the cost of your postage.

  • If we manufacture the glasses incorrectly – In this case we will offer a complete no quibble replacement immediately , once the verification process is completed.
