Customer satisfaction is paramount to us at GTTM, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us please contact us with any issues you have and we will be happy to help you.

  • IF The vision is poor in the glasses due to a mistake in how your eyes were tested, or you entered the prescription incorrectly on our site. In this case, GTTM will not be held responsible. We will, of course, help you to resolve this issue by offering you an extra discount on further orders to reduce any further costs.
  • If we manufacture the glasses incorrectly – In this case we will offer a complete no quibble replacement immediately , once the verification process is completed.
