Terms and Conditions

All orders to GTTM must be submitted via our website. Please ensure you have read these Terms and Conditions carefully, and check that the details on the order are correct before you submit your order, especially if you are entering the prescription manually on our site. If you think there is a mistake, please inform us ASAP at glasses2themasses@yahoo.com.                        We will confirm any changes in writing to avoid any confusion between you and us.

When you submit your order to us, this in itself, does not mean we have accepted your Order for Goods.

These Terms and Conditions will become binding on both of us, when we issue you with a written acceptance of an order, at which point a contract will come into existence between us.

If you need to make any changes to a custom -made Order, or to your prescription, or to  your Order details, you must notify us within 24 hours of the order being placed. If changes are made after this time, a charge may be applied.                                         If cancellations are requested after 24 hours of the custom-made order being placed, charges may apply for the custom-made lenses.

Limitations Of The Supply Of Goods

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we cannot always guarantee the availability of goods as set out on our site.                  We will inform you via Email so soon as possible, if the goods are not available.If you have already paid for your goods, we will refund you the full amount.

Prices and Payments

The price of the goods will be set out on our website at the time you confirm your order.                                                                 Our prices may change at anytime, but price changes will not affect orders that we have confirmed with you. These prices include VAT.

Delivery

Please note that the time scales for delivery and delivery charges will vary, depending on the availability of the goods and your address. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date and you will be notified when the goods have been dispatched. Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the goods to the address you have given us.

The goods will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.                                                                                                 You own the goods once we have received payment in full.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. You must notify us within 7 working days of receiving your goods if there is a fault or damage to your product(s). If returning items, the product(s) need to reach us within 30 days from the date of dispatch printed on your dispatch note/invoice. Returns must be in the original condition and with the accessories (eg cloths, cases etc).                      Please include a cover letter with the product(s) stating the reason for the return. All refunds will be made via the same method of payment. Refunds will be processed on  the same day that return is authorized, but may take up to 28 days to appear in your account.                                                                                                                                                                                                         You will receive a prompt Email to confirm your return request has been accepted.

As prescription lenses and tints are custom made, we are unable to offer a refund on the lenses.                                                  We work to ensure every product is of excellent quality, accurate and in perfect condition. However, if a product is found to be faulty within 12 months of supply, GTTM will repair or replace the product free of charge.

We promise to create all the products to match the prescription you gave us.                                                                                However, if you do find a problem with the lenses, we advise you to return the product, with a copy of the prescription used for the order, and we will investigate the issue .

If it is found that we are at fault, we will replace the lenses within 7-28 working days, free of charge.

However, if the prescription details you provided us with are incorrect, we are unfortunately, unable to offer a refund on the lenses.
